Shipping & Returns
For Assistance with Orders
We will process your order and ship it within 2–3 business days of receipt. USPS Ground shipping may take up to 2-8 business days. If you need to receive your order quickly, please consider upgrading to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 days).
Lost or Missing Packages
Please make sure that your shipping address is accurate—including apartment/suite number and/or zip code. We want to ensure that your shipment is not returned and that you avoid paying additional shipping charges.
When your order is fulfilled we will send you a USPS tracking number via the email address you provided at check-out. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder.
Be sure you are shipping to a secure location. Once marked delivered by USPS, Ava Bear Books will not be responsible for packages lost or stolen at the shipping address you provided.
For packages lost in transit, or if you experience delays or other difficulties receiving your item, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to see what we can do.
If our books and gifts are available to preorder, they will not ship immediately but within 2-3 business days of the publication date listed under product details. Publication dates are subject to change without notice. You may call or email to cancel your preorder before it ships. After shipping, our normal return policy applies.
We hope that you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us for return shipping address and details. Be sure to include the original order number and/or first and last name the order was placed under. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your return is received, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for payment of the original order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds typically take two weeks to process. Make sure to keep your return tracking number so you can confirm your order has made it back to the warehouse.
Sale, discounted, or items otherwise marked “No returns” are not eligible for returns or refund.
Returns apply only to those items purchased on www.avabear.love. We are unable to provide returns or customer service support for books purchased at another bookseller, online, or retail store.
